A full Interactive Day gives you an insight into the sport of falconry which includes aspects of keeping, training and flying birds of prey. You will be shown round the centre, introduced to all of our birds and taught a bit about each of them. After a light lunch in the hotel (included in the price) you will then be given the opportunity to handle and fly a variety of these magnificent creatures ranging from the tiny scops owl to the mighty eagle.
If you wish to take up the sport for yourself, a course looking at all aspects of husbandry, training and flying an owl or a raptor can be arranged over 3 or 5 days, please call us to discuss your requirements for this.
Half Day

If you want something a little shorter than the full Interactive Day then why not try a Half Day. Lasting approximately 2 1/2 hours it is a slightly condensed version of the full day where you will still get the opportunity to meet all the birds at the centre and to fly and handle a variety of birds. This is a thrilling experience that will be remembered for a lifetime so why not treat a loved one.
Family Fun
£110.00 Per Group
Why not treat your family, or group of friends, to a one hour fun session in the grounds of the hotel. You will be shown round the centre and introduced to all our birds before moving out to the grounds where you and your friends will be given the opportunity to handle and fly a selection of hawks and owls. This is a fixed price per group and is ideal for birthday parties or just a memorable day out.
Taster Session
£50.00 Per Person
Ideal for those looking for a short introduction to the exciting world of falconry. You will be introduced to all aspects of the sport, from the basics of falconry through to the handling and flying of birds of prey.
While short, this is very much a hands-on session during which you will be able to hold and fly a variety of birds of prey here at the center.
